Returns and Refund Policy
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been received by you, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If within 5 days you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is processed.
Following that, we suggest that you contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You must inspect the products for damage when received. If they are damaged or defective then you should notify us immediately and return the items to us. If the product is damaged prior to delivery, or is defective, then we will provide you with a full refund including any delivery costs. This is only on the basis that any items are unused and were not damaged whilst in your care.
Other than any warranties implied by law, or provided by manufacturers, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee in respect of our products.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
How To Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
The UK Distance Selling Regulations provide you with the right to cancel your order with us and if you wish to cancel then we will issue you with a full refund.
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days following the date that the products are delivered to you. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel then you must give us written confirmation of your wish to do so. Please send an email to us quoting your order reference.
If you have already received your order, if you wish to cancel then you will need to return all the products that you have received. You must bear the cost of returning the products to us. The items must be in their original condition and comply with our returns policy. All products will be inspected once we have received them and we may refuse to accept a cancellation if the products are found to be damaged or if they have been used.
