Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. 

Price

Prices may change from time to time. However the price of a product will not change after you have placed an order with us. We are not bound by any pricing errors on our website and we are not bound to sell products to you where they have been marketed at an incorrect price. In the event that we have already received payment from you then we will refund that payment within 7 days of us noticing the error.

Ownership and risk passes to you on delivery.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

We aim to ship all products on the same day that we receive payment if that payment is received prior to 1300hrs. Otherwise all products will be shipped on the next working day.

All products will be shipped by standard delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and times as all deliveries are handled by external couriers.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
